We are delighted to invite you to the premiere of the short film “Freiheit und Freiheitsentzug” and to an accompanying exhibition. As part of the university competition, we explored the question: “What does freedom mean when it is taken away?”
The Center for Criminological Research Saxony e.V., in cooperation with the Chemnitz Film Workshop and the actors Katka Kurze, Dirk Glodde and Marvin Reich, has captured the personal impressions and thoughts of people in prison on film. The short film provides insights into individual perspectives on freedom and life without it.
